My Photography Journey

Hello! I'm Josh, thank you for taking the time for me to share with you, a little about myself. I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in Lincoln, Alabama. I started on my quest to learn photography over 10 years ago, and recently have found a passion for capturing weddings and engagements. There is something special about saving memories in the form of a photo, and it is always a joy to share the day with you and your families. What started out as a hobby, like so many things, turned into something I have been pursuing more and more, trying to make my way.

I have worked side by side my wonderful parents, catering many events, birthdays, and weddings, helping with the food and decor. My mom is a fantastic baker, and has made some amazing cakes over the years! It was helping them that I really found a love of photographing and saving the events of the day, which turned into my first wedding photography job, taking the pictures for a friend's wedding. Much like the catering aspect, and coordinating, there is a great deal of pride I take in getting to know a couple, and working with them to make their day go as smoothly as possible. There is a lot leading up to, and during the day of your celebration, and going off without a hitch and taking some great photos, is exactly what I hope you allow me to do!

I am blessed to be a husband to a lovely wife, who has supported me through my journey, and daddy to an amazing little boy. Keeping memories forever, and being able to look back is so important to us all, and that is the joy I get from taking these photos. Capturing the moments and beautiful landscapes that God has made is amazing. Getting to share those with couples, and them with their families, is what makes this such an extremely rewarding job!
